  Why is there ricotta cheese on a New York style white pie. White pies should be olive oil, shredded cheese, and Basil. I scrapped off almost a cup of slapped on ricotta cheese. It wasn't spread on, it was large blotches. Maybe it's because I am not from Florida, but WTF! The calamari was good. The service was great. But, a little overpriced for the pizza we got.
