  Visiting my oncologist I decided to mail a dvd at this location. The window person stated that there was no longer any media mail for a dvd and proceeded to issue First Class postage. I cancelled the transaction and checked on-line to get the latest information on Media Mail. USPS website showed it had not changed. I re-entered The Jupiter Post Office asked for a supervisor. He stated the media mail had not changed, however, this branch didn’t do Media Mail... then, proceeded to process my package as MEDIA MAIL!
  
  When I related this experience to a Postal Employee relative he stated “ Jupiter Post Office had reached a new low”

  I've dropped off several packages, with tracking, in the drop box inside the Jupiter location, before hours. The package were never scanned as accepted by the post office, and were never located. Packages don't just disappear. They were inside the post office. Because they were never scanned as accepted, I could never prove that I actually mailed them, only had tracking numbers that went nowhere. I had to refund my customers. Don't waste your time calling the post office to speak to anyone. The Jupiter location doesn't answer their phone, and the 800 number leads you to over an hour wait to talk with someone.
