  I am so disappointed by the lack of service I have received. I went with a national company expecting to get standard service....associated with the name. Boy have I been sorely disappointed. I have been "using" them for about 5 months. I have received service about 1 or if I'm luck 2 times a month. I pay for weekly service. I call endlessly (they MUST be sick of it) they have refunded me for no service...and yet it continues. I have left messages for the owner to call 3 times. He apparently doesn't care because I have never received a return call. The folks in the store are great and helpful...too bad they have to take the brunt for a poorly run business.
