  Larry will be more than happy to take your call the first time and tell you what you want to hear. After that and has your money well...Good luck. I have waited since Dec of 2016 and called and called and Emailed and no response then I called from a diffrent number and sounded well suprised to hear me and told me i will be at your house next week. Nope no call no show... Suprise!! could not tell me how to turn on the pool light or verify all of my lights worked ( I had to find out the hard way) Worst "inspector" ever!

  Negligent in the report, seems owner Perry Lap purposely missed critical items to save a deal. In the pocket of the realtors. Placed trust in this firm and easily regret it. A quick google search shows he's been swindling for years.
