  On Tuesday my wife made an appointment to have our dryer looked at. The appointment was made for Saturday morning between eight and 12. No call and no-show up. Would not recommend this company. Your response says "we are not open on Saturday. Must have called the wrong company. "
  
  That is strange sir, as I can plainly see on my telephone call log from AT&T that she called you at 670-4444 on Tuesday, 6/20 at 1:46 PM and you returned her call at precisely 1:48 PM and spoke for 3 minutes. I can understand you not wanting a bad review, but seems to me that you could have called, apologized for not being able to show up, and re-scheduled the appointment. Instead you choose to lie. So sad.
