  Worst experience. This company failed to notify us when the roof was damaged from the hurricane. They subsequently repaired the roof which caused damage to our contents. The fact that they failed to notify us during any point in this process is primarily why we are giving this company a one star rating. We are now attempting to claim damage through their insurance, with no help from them, which has proven so far to be a joke. Additionally it is very difficult to stop the reoccurring charges as contact information is outdated. How convenient for them! I caution all who look here for storage needs. This company does not fulfill the contract in keeping the contents safe and fails to timely notify. We are cancelling our unit. And to add insult to injury they did not offer to help clean up inside our unit after roofers and I got a foreign object lodged in my eye when removing my ruined furniture! Oh Happy day Public Storage!!!
