  My dog loves the food, but their customer service and delivery is terrible. My boyfriend changed the auto-delivery address when we moved and yet, our next shipment never arrived. He called the customer service number and the rep said 'yeah we have a lot of problems with our system'. When he talked to supervisor she said she would send us another bag but only because he 'threw a fit'.
