  I have a roof repair still under warranty that I've been trying to have addressed for two months now. I made contact with the company on numerous occasions (phone and email) and continue to get no response or the run around regarding service. My first contact regarding this leak was on 9/18 after Hurricane Irma, and I have yet to see or speak to a roofer. The office manager tells me that someone will call and/or show up, and no one does. This is not a way to run a business, and I am completely disappointed with the customer service. I've used Embick in the past for 3 different roof leaks, but I do not plan on using them or recommending them in the future.
