  Insurance confirmed I was overcharged in this office and I was supposed to only have a $30 co-pay. Then they charged me $80 which I didn't pay out of principle and they sent to collections. The extra fee they added on that nobody else does that my insurance verified is called a refraction fee. In any event I was led to a different doctor who found pressure issues that this doctor missed...now I feel 10x better! Avoid this office at ALL costs. I should've just paid the extra fee that they mis- represented when I called for the appointment to avoid a perfect credit score going to collections (still perfect), but I'm giving you the opportunity to not make the same mistake. On a positive note, the office tech is good, Benaim seems like a nice guy (could be office management issue) and the gentleman that prepares eyeglasses that has an office attached to theirs does an excellent job. That' said, I would never go back.
